- Before every journey/trip, a driver briefing is done in which vehicle documentation, route familiarisation,
- vehicle check list, drivers physical and mental condition, drivers contact details, remarks, permissions, comments etc are recorded.
- If everything is in order only then the driver is sent on a trip, else another driver is sent or the trip is rescheduled/cancelled.
